Fees and Legals

I take great pride in any ceremony in which I am involved. I love the process of getting to know the couple and helping them to put together a ceremony which they love. I am available for consultation with the couple when they require answers to any questions.

My basic fee is calculated on the service that I will provide for you, the couple. There will be important meetings before the ceremony; from an initial meeting, a meeting to build your ceremony, as well as a meeting prior your ceremony. I am available for correspondence via email or telephone, or even handwritten mail, leading up to your joyous day.
I assist you with  the completion of forms (Notice of Intended Marriage and Marriage certificates:  and then lodge them on your behalf after the wedding.
My basic fee is $700 for ceremonies within a forty kilometre radius of Castlemaine.
For ceremonies further afield, I base my fee upon the distance I will travel. My fee for a ceremony in Melbourne is $800 on average.
For coastal, or ceremonies in other destinations, we shall negotiate the fee.

A deposit is payable after our second meeting of half the total fee with the balance payable before the ceremony.

An Invoice for my services will be provided as required, further outlining my terms and conditions.
